Doheny Days World Music Festival
Doheny State Beach
Doheny Days featured an eclectic mix of music over the years, beginning with alt-rock (Sugar Ray, Everclear), merging into Rock'n Blues (Steve Miller, John Lee Hooker) then finding a home with World Music (Jimmy Cliff, Spearhead, Steel Pulse), a music genre that garnered the largest crowds. 1997-2004.

We will fondly remember the 2001 Doheny Days festival
held only 4 days after the tragedy of 9-11.
While many of the acts on the Rock'n Blues day couldn't get to the west coast due to travel complications, all of the reggae acts arrived in Dana Point by Sunday 9/16/01, which proved to be an amazing experience for all in attendance! Proceeds benefited the American Red Cross.
