Back to Top1. When will I receive my tickets?
General Admission tickets: PrintPass will be available within 24-48 hours of purchase starting March 15th. Mailed tickets will be available after April 1st. VIP and GOLD tickets: PrintPass and Mailed tickets will be available after the renewal period. You can begin expecting your tickets and/or Printpasses after May 1st. At that time, you will be notified where you are sitting. Your parking passes will also be issued at this time.

Seating is assigned in the GOLD and VIP areas on a first come, first serve basis. Priority will go to those renewing seats from previous years as a special THANKS. If you are going with a group, please place your order and send a follow-up email with your Order Number in the subject line. In the body of the email, include other people you would like to sit with and any other additional questions pertaining to seating.
